The accommodation

We present our exquisite villa of over 1,000 square meters with 6 suite bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, and an additional 4 ½ bathrooms. Fully equipped and luxurious, beachfront, it epitomizes opulence and sophistication. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the ocean with breathtaking, uninterrupted views. The villa is fully sustainable and uses green energy, equipped with solar panels, a rainwater collection system, and reverse osmosis water filtration.

Enjoy the splendor of its six spacious rooms, all meticulously designed and furnished with the finest materials to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation. The villa offers a perfect blend of contemporary and traditional elements, with elegant modern amenities integrated with classic architectural features. All rooms have a private bathroom, Bluetooth speaker, bathrobe, hairdryer, and shower. Additionally, each King room includes a workspace with a floating desk and chair. Designed to captivate and enchant, our tropical fish tank adds an incomparable charm to your stay. Its expert design seamlessly blends art and nature, creating a fascinating visual symphony that complements the villa's opulent atmosphere. The tank's carefully maintained conditions ensure the health and happiness of its inhabitants, providing a genuine glimpse into the wonders of the underwater world.

On the lower level, you can indulge in the incredible creations of our chef, whether at our exquisite marble island seating 8 people or in our custom-made wooden dining area.

Guest access

The villa comes with a dedicated staff. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with champagne and oil-infused wet towels.

Other noteworthy aspects

The villa was designed and built from scratch for short-term luxury vacation rentals. Every detail has been carefully planned to ensure this will be your best villa vacation experience. Our goal is to provide you with excellent service and comfort.

We include one (1) round-trip airport transportation. You will be met by uniformed staff with your name and taken to the villa, where all your groceries and beverages will be pre-stocked and greeted with a champagne ceremony. (Food and drinks are at an additional cost and based on your preferences and the number of guests).

Our chefs will prepare all your meals, our bartender will serve all your drinks, and our housekeeping staff will ensure your bed is always made, your towels are clean and fresh, and every space is pristine. We clean the beach every morning and turn down your beds at night. Our concierge will handle scheduling all activities and arranging transportation as needed.

Property Policies and Conditions

Occupancy:
The guest agrees that no more than [maximum guests] people will be allowed on the property at any time during the rental period, and all guests must comply with the terms and restrictions imposed on the guest under this agreement.

Condition and Use of the Property:
The property is provided in its current condition. The rental agent will make every effort to ensure the proper functioning of all amenities (such as internet access, cable or satellite TV, hot tubs, fireplaces, as applicable), but will not be responsible for any malfunctions. However, the agent will work to correct any issues reported as quickly as possible. Amenities such as hot tubs, pools, spas, and terraces may pose potential risks, especially for children, and their use will be at the guest's own risk.
The property is for residential purposes only. The guest agrees to use it carefully to avoid any damage or loss and to keep it in sanitary conditions. Loud noises, disturbances to neighbors, or immoral, offensive, or illegal activities are not permitted. The guest agrees to pay for any damages using the security deposit or the registered credit card.

Food, Beverages, and Incidentals:
Guests must pay a security deposit of $1,000 USD for up to 8 guests and $2,000 for 9-16 guests via credit card, no later than 7 days before check-in. Food and beverage pre-stocking is available at cost, plus a 30% service fee. Additional expenses (transportation, spa services, excursions) will be charged at cost with a 5% credit card processing fee.

Breach:
If the guest fails to comply with the terms, they must vacate the property, removing all belongings and leaving it free of damage. No part of the total rent will be refunded, and, in case of legal action, the prevailing party is entitled to recover all incurred legal costs from the other party.

Assignment or Subletting:
The property cannot be assigned or sublet, nor can it be used by individuals other than the guest's family or invited guests listed in the agreement.

Risk of Loss and Indemnity:
All personal items brought to the property are at the guest's own risk. The guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the rental agent, its employees, and owners from any claims related to property destruction, injury, or loss of life on the property.

Liability Waiver:
The guest releases any claims against the rental agent and property owner for any injury or death occurring on or near the property. All use is at the guest's own initiative and risk.

Entry and Inspection:
The rental agent reserves the right to enter the property with prior notice for inspections or in case of imminent danger without prior notice.

Unavailability of Property:
If the property is unavailable for reasons beyond the agent's control, the agent will make good faith efforts to find a replacement property or, if unavailable, refund the full amount paid by the guest.
